On labor day weekend Midwest Diving Specialist returned the Lady of the lake and Wally the Gator to there resting places at the bottom of Pearl Lake. Check out pictures along with some open water students enjoying getting certified.

Lady of the Lake

On Saturday July 15th a group of 10 divers from Midwest Diving Specialist went to Pearl Lake to retrieve the statues of “The Lady of the Lake” and “Wally the Gator”. They were placed there in 1985 by MDS for divers to enjoy while the explore the lake. We are taking the statues back to MDS so that they can be cleaned and repainted after which we will return them to their resting places at the bottom of Pearl Lake. You can check out pictures here.

A Dolphin Lying on the Head of a Humpback Whale [Pic]

The dolphin was lying on a humpback whale
’s head while it was slowly swimming along. Looking through my camera lens the stunt appeared to be orchestrated by mutual “agreement.” The whale very slowly—and vertically—lifted the dolphin into the air.
